Biography
Laura Durham focuses on civil litigation and personal injury cases. Ms. Durham recently joined the firm after serving as a law clerk for Penberthy Law Group, LLP, in the City of Buffalo. During her time with Penberthy Law Group, LLP, Ms. Durham assisted in the representation of people who have been seriously injured in motor vehicle accidents and premises liability accidents.
She understands New York State’s No-Fault Law and is knowledgeable in all other aspects of Plaintiff’s personal injury litigation. Ms. Durham has also assisted in counseling individuals whose Constitutional rights had been violated by government actors.
Ms. Durham has assisted in cases venued in the United States District Court for the Western and Northern Districts of New York, prepared briefs for the United States Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit, as well as the New York State Supreme Court Third and Fourth Department Appellate Divisions.
